Group Fitness Classes

We have an extensive schedule with a comprehensive array of fitness classes designed for all levels of fitness.

Classes are held either in the Upper Level Studio (*US) or Lower Level Studio (*LS)

All classes are FREE for our members. NON-MEMBERS class fee ($10)

Monday

Paul

9:15 a.m.–10:15 a.m.
Express 30/30 with Licia

This class combines a half hour of cardio and a half hour of strength training. *U.S.

12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Hatha Yoga with Rajeshree *L.S.

5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Cardio: Upper and Lower with Paul

A high energy class that combines cardio and strength training focusing on upper and lower body. *U.S.

6:35 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Hatha Yoga with Rajeshree
Release the stress from your hectic day and practice the fundamentals of yoga as you focus on posture and form. Everyone will enjoy this class. *U.S.


Tuesday

9:30 a.m.–10:30 a.m. / Cross Train to the MAX with Paul
Energy class, which is designed for intermediate and advances levels. *U.S.

12:00 noon - 1:00 p.m./ Hatha Yoga with Rajeshreee.
Release stress from your hectic day and practice the fundamentals of yoga as you focus on posture and form. All Levels. *L.S.

6:35 p.m.– 7:30 p.m. / Zumba Step with Sue
Combines all aspects of Zumba by incorporating Zumba step variations while providing a phenomenal aerobic hour long party. *U.S.

5:30 p.m. - 6:25 p.m. / Total Body Conditioning with Renee
This class is designed to work your entire body. Expect to challenge yourself using core conditioning, cardio drills, strength training, circuit training and much more. *U.S.

Intro to Pilates with Lisa

A very effective hour for anyone wanting to achieve core strength-balance and flexibility. *U.S.

12:10 - 1:00 p.m.
Body Sculpt with Paul

An exhilirating workout that concentrates strictly on toning of all your muscles using free weights, stability balls, steps or simply your own body weight. *U.S.

Yoga Class

6:35 p.m.– 7:30 p.m.
Hatha Yoga with Rajeshree

Release the stress from your hectic day and practice the fundamentals of yoga as you focus on posture and form. Everyone will enjoy this class. *U.S.


Thursday

9:30 a.m.–10:30 a.m.
Dance Mix with Paul
This fun dance inspired workout will awaken the dancer within you. No prior dance experience is necessary. Fun for all levels. *U.S.

9:15 a.m. – 10:15 a.m.
Interval Training with Liz
A heart pumping cardio workout combining sculpting moves in timed intervals. *L.S.

6:30 p.m.– 7:30 p.m.
Zumba with Sue
Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away! *U.S.

6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Cross Train to the Max with Paul
You name it, Paul does it! This is a very high-energy class, which is designed for intermediate and advances levels. *L.S.

Mona

9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. / Total Body Workout with Paul
Designed to get you into shape fast. This Class works your entire body. Expect to challenge yourself. You will be using core conditioning, cardio drills, strength training, circuit training and much, much more. This class is designed for all age groups and for all fitness levels. *U.S.

5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. / C.R.T. (Cardio Resistance Training) with Mona

This class alternates intervals of cardio with strength training for a full body workout that will keep you buring calories and feeling energized.  *US


Saturday

9:15 a.m. - 10:15 a.m.

Pilates with Lisa - A very effective hour for those who want to focus on core strength, flexibility and balance.  *US

9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. 
Circuit Training Class with Ally U.S.
Circuit training targets cardio and muscular endurance simultaneously. Work through a series of high-medium intensity exercises to burn fat and sculpt muscle. Exercises are performed for either a set time or number of reps, with little or no rest between exercises.

10:15 a.m. – 11:15 a.m.
Zumba with Catherine
Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away! *U.S.

11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Hatha Yoga with Rajeshree
Release the stress from your hectic week and practice the fundamentals of yoga as you focus on posture and form. Everyone will enjoy this class. *L.S.
