We are happy to annouce our recent addition of boxing to our of facilities at Oakville National Fitness!
Boxing is a stress relieving, muscle toning and calorie burning exercise. It improves hand-eye coordination, and strenghtens self defense abilities while providing a fun and unique exercise. Boxing is also a great aerobic exercise which gets your heart pumping and helps lower the risk of high blood pressure, heart disease, stroke, and diabetes.
Along with our group fitness classes, we also offer One-on-One boxing training with experienced boxing coaches as well as the opportunity to use the boxing equipement to your discretion!
