Group Fitness Classes

We have a comprehensive array of fitness classes designed for all levels of fitness.

Classes are held either in the Upper Level Studio (U.S.) or Lower Level Studio (L.S.) 

All classes are FREE for our V.I.P. and Elite members. NON-MEMBERS class fee is $10

Paul

9:15 a.m.–10:15 a.m.
Express 30/30 with Licia                       Upper Studio                                                 This class combines a half hour of cardio and a half hour of strength training. 

12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.                          Hatha Yoga with Rajeshree                    Lower Studio                                            Release the stress from your hectic day and practice the fundamentals of yoga as you focus on posture and form. Everyone will enjoy this class

5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Cardio: Upper and Lower with Paul  Upper Studio                                                                  
A high energy class that combines cardio and strength training focusing on upper and lower body. 

6:35 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Hatha Yoga with Rajeshree                      Lower Studio
    Release the stress from your hectic day and practice the fundamentals of yoga as you focus on posture and form. Everyone will enjoy this class.

Cross Train to the MAX with Paul
Upper Studio

Energy class, which is designed for intermediate and advances levels.

Total Body Conditioning with Renee
Upper Studio

his class is designed to work your entire body. Expect to challenge yourself using core conditioning, cardio drills, strength training, circuit training and much more.   

6:30 p.m.– 7:30 p.m.                                                              Zumba Step with Sue
Upper Studio
Combines all aspects of Zumba by incorporating Zumba step variations while providing a phenomenal aerobic hour long party.

An exhilirating workout that concentrates strictly on toning of all your muscles using free weights, stability balls, steps or simply your own body weight.

Dance Mix with Paul
Lower Studio
This fun dance inspired workout will awaken the dancer within you. No prior dance experience is necessary. Fun for all levels.

Total Body Conditioning with Renee
Upper Studio
A heart pumping cardio workout combining sculpting moves.

5:15 p.m.- 6:00 p.m.
Body Blast with Lora
Upper Studio
Every Body Blast experience is a different 45 minute workout for men and women of all ages and fitness levels! Combination of intervals, strength training, and core all in one. 

6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

You name it, Paul does it! This is a very high-energy class, which is designed for intermediate and advances levels.
