MONDAYS - 13 weeks - September 16 to December 16 (no class on October 14)
13 AND OVER - DRYLAND & ADVANCED SWIM TRAINING, 4:15-6:15pm (maximum of 10), $650 For youth 13 years of age and over who can swim at least 4 lengths of the pool continuously using front crawl and back crawl. The focus will be on improving technique in front crawl, back crawl, breaststroke and butterfly, and improving conditioning through interval training and dryland activities that develop general athleticism and strength.
UNDER 12 - BEGINNER STROKE DEVELOPMENT, 6:15-7:15pm (maximum of 6), $520 For children under 12 years of age who can swim 2 lengths of the pool continuously using front crawl and back crawl. The focus will be on improving technique in front crawl and back crawl.
UNDER 14 - INTERMEDIATE STROKE DEVELOPMENT, 7:15-8:15pm (maximum of 8), $455 For children under 14 years of age who can swim 3 lengths of the pool continuously using front crawl and back crawl. The focus will be on improving technique in front crawl, back crawl, breaststroke, and butterfly.
16 AND OVER - TRIATHLON, 8:15-9:15pm (maximum of 10), $390 For triathletes 16 years of age and over who can swim at least 4 lengths of the pool continuously using front crawl. The focus will be on improving technique in front crawl and stamina through interval training.

ADULT STROKE IMPROVEMENT, 1-2pm (maximum of 8), $420 For adults who can swim at least 2 lengths of the pool continuously using front crawl. The focus will be on improving technique in front crawl.
ADULT BEGINNER STROKE DEVELOPMENT, 2-3pm (maximum of 4), $560 For adults who can swim at least 1 length of the pool continuously using front crawl. The focus will be on improving technique in front crawl.

About Elizabeth Primrose
Elizabeth Primrose is a certified triathlon, running and swimming coach with the (NCCP) and a certified swim instructor with the Lifesaving Society and Red Cross. She is also a certified strength and conditioning specialist with the YMCA.
As the first ever Canadian Professional Triathlon Champion in 1988 and the 2011 Ontario Professional Triathlon Champion, Elizabeth knows how important quality coaching is for achieving high performance and for staying healthy from year to year.

In addition to her triathlon successes, Elizabeth finished first at the 2013 Niagara Falls Women's Half Marathon, placed 5th at the 2011 World Snowshoe Running Championships, was the 2009 Canadian Masters Cross Country Running champion, and won the 2008 Niagara Falls International Marathon.
Elizabeth credits proper planning, well designed training programs and strength training for keeping her competitive as an elite runner and triathlete for more than 25 years.
