SQUASH AND RACQUETBALL

Squash and Racquetball have been recognized as some of the healthiest sports in the world! In an average Squash or Racquetball session a player will burn between1000-1500 calories. These sports give players an excellent cardio and cerebral workout while strengthening your core and major muscle groups. These sports also promote flexibility and can help you to attain your weight loss goal by making exercise fun.  Our Club offers 3 Squash Courts and 3 Racquetball courts.   We also offer group lessons to learn how to play the game or simply to brush up on your existing skills
